Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During new-product launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times are provided by our carriers and are outside our direct control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after you receive it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, we are not responsible for lost product or return costs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery. For packages that appear genuinely lost in transit, contact us at FeralRider@outlook.com and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
